These terms govern use of Ask WienerDog, an early-release information and lookup service operated by The Educated Monkey LLC.

Informational service

Ask WienerDog provides general information, AI-generated answers, calculations, conversions, web-search summaries, and data retrieved from public or third-party sources. Results can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Do not rely on Ask WienerDog as a substitute for qualified professional advice or an authoritative source when a decision involves health, safety, law, finance, or other significant consequences.

Vehicle information

VIN decoding and vehicle recall information may use data from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Model-level recall results do not establish that a particular VIN has an open or unrepaired recall. Use the official NHTSA VIN recall checker for VIN-specific recall status.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to interfere with its operation, bypass rate limits or security controls, automate abusive traffic, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Third-party sources and links

Ask WienerDog may link to or retrieve information from third-party websites and public databases. The Educated Monkey LLC does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.

No warranty

The service is provided on an “as available” basis during active development. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every answer, lookup, source, or feature will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Changes

Features and these terms may change as Ask WienerDog develops. Continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
